SAN YSIDRO RETAIL COMPLEX

This project was the result of a feasibility study for a property on the US/Mexican border crossing near San Diego. It was important to determine how much parking would be required to make two levels of retail viable. There is a multi-level parking structure behind the streetfront retail.
