This project, a new construction home, inserted itself into a tiny postage stamp of a lot -- 50'x50'.  In 1,800 SF of living space, we were able to create all the amenities of a larger home.  There is a full-height staircase in the entry, a roof deck and even a third floor study with ocean view!
